Hi Eve,
Nice to see you online! Looking forward to seeing more.

thanks for this-I was never allowed to cook growing up, my mom was more interested in keeping things clean so I learned when I was much older-hence I do have only a few favorite recipes which, they are simple but good-but I am always interested in trying something new. I will try your lemon-orange idea in the chicken soon. Thanks again.
I started cooking at this age too eve, thats why im the great chef I am today! The first thing I learned to make completely on my own was egg in the middle of the bread. Id butter a oiece of bread and use a cookie cutter to remove a piece in the middle. Then in a hot frying pan sprayed with cooking spray, you lay the bread down to cook and crack an egg into the hole in the bread. Then use a spatula to flip it over and cook the other side the rest of the way. Dont forget the best part! Fry the middle part of the bread too! Yummm
Hi Eve this is great! My favorite seasoning for chicken is Adobo its yummy : ) Goya distributes it and Latins use it for many dishes. Hope to see more, take care my darling girl. I will cook this for Joshie, Joseph, Mia, and Joselo.
Hello, Eve. You wrote very well about cooking a chicken… just the right amount of details. I would try it, but I am vegetarian… if you ever want to try a vegetarian recipe here, I promise to follow it and enjoy the results (and share the results here).
Thanks! You guys are all awesome!
